We like to think about seaweed growing in the ocean as wine grapes growing in soil. Terroir is the complete natural environment that affects how the flavours and aroma of a wine is developed.

In the same way, our seaweed is grown in clear and cold arctic sea with the northern lights and the midnight sun contributing to it's unique taste of mild Norwegian umami.
